LuxéPrive Terms and Conditions
Effective from July 2025
1. Bookings and Booking Fees
All appointments require a £30 non refundable booking fee at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable against the total cost of your treatment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Booking fees can be paid via bank transfer or secure payment link.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Missed appointments or late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened treatment or full cancellation without refund.
3. Medical Eligibility and Client Responsibility
All clients must complete a full medical consultation and consent form prior to treatment.
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and health conditions.
Luxé Privé reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is deemed medically unsuitable or unsafe.
4. Liability and Product Use
Luxé Privé and its practitioners will not be held liable for adverse reactions or complications where treatments have been carried out in line with professional standards and protocols.
Where a client requests or consents to the use of non MHRA approved products, this is done entirely at their own risk. Full understanding and informed consent is required. Luxé Privé accepts no liability in these circumstances.
5. Emergency Medical Treatment and Complication Management
In the rare event of a complication including but not limited to vascular occlusion or vascular compromise, Luxé Privé practitioners will act in accordance with their clinical training, professional guidelines, and duty of care to provide appropriate and timely intervention.
This may include the administration of emergency medications or prescription only medicines where clinically indicated, including Hyaluronidase, antihistamines, aspirin, or adrenaline.
By proceeding with treatment, you provide informed consent for the use of Hyaluronidase as a dissolving agent where required to manage complications, including in circumstances where it has not been prescribed to you in advance.
You acknowledge that emergency treatment may need to be administered immediately in order to reduce the risk of tissue damage or further medical complications. In such circumstances, the practitioner will use clinically appropriate products available within the emergency kit.
All emergency interventions will be carried out in your best interests, in line with current clinical guidance, and may include onward referral to appropriate medical services where required.
You confirm that you understand the risks associated with aesthetic treatments, including rare but serious complications, and consent to necessary emergency treatment being administered without delay where clinically required.
6. Results, Expectations and Follow Up
Results vary depending on individual factors including age, skin condition, lifestyle, and treatment area. No outcome can be guaranteed.
Some treatments require multiple sessions or ongoing maintenance.
Follow up appointments are not included unless explicitly stated.
7. Refund Policy Including Packages and Prepaid Treatments
No refunds will be issued once treatment has commenced.
All packages and prepaid treatments are non refundable and non transferable.
Refunds may only be considered where a client is medically deemed unsuitable and unable to proceed with treatment.
Booking fees may be retained to cover consultation time and clinical assessment.
8. Treatments for Minors
All injectable treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over.
Valid identification may be required.
No exceptions will be made, including with parental consent, in accordance with UK regulations.
9. Professional Standards and Training
Luxé Privé practitioners are fully trained and certified in advanced aesthetic procedures.
Ongoing professional development ensures alignment with current safety standards, techniques, and best practice within the aesthetics industry.
10. Indemnity
By proceeding with treatment, you agree to indemnify Luxé Privé and its practitioners against any claims, damages, or liabilities, unless negligence is proven.
You confirm full understanding of the risks involved and consent to treatment at your own discretion.
11. Data Protection and Confidentiality
All personal and medical data is handled in strict confidence and in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your information will never be shared without your written consent.
12. Complaints and Feedback
Any concerns must be submitted in writing within 7 days of your appointment.
We are committed to resolving issues promptly, professionally, and with discretion.
13. Bridal Edit Terms and Conditions
Bridal Edit bookings require a minimum spend which will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
All bridal bookings must be secured with a booking fee and confirmed treatment plan.
Due to the scheduling and preparation required for bridal clients, a minimum of 7 days notice is required for any changes.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking will result in loss of all booking fees paid.
Bridal treatments are time sensitive and results based. Clients are responsible for attending all recommended appointments within the advised timeline to achieve optimal results.
Luxé Privé is not responsible for outcomes where recommended treatment plans or timelines are not followed.
Group bookings for bridesmaids or pamper days must meet the agreed minimum spend requirement.
Travel may be included or charged separately depending on location. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
14. LuxFemme Terms and Conditions
LuxFemme services are designed as specialised aesthetic treatments tailored to facial feminisation.
A detailed consultation is required prior to treatment to assess suitability, goals, and treatment planning.
Results are bespoke and may require staged appointments to achieve the desired outcome.
Clients must understand that facial feminisation is a journey and not a single treatment outcome.
All treatments are subject to medical suitability and practitioner discretion.
Discounted model appointments or content days are offered at a reduced rate in exchange for consent to photography and videography.
By booking a LuxFemme model slot, you agree to the use of your images and videos for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes across Luxé Privé and LuxFemme platforms.
All standard Luxé Privé policies regarding booking fees, cancellations, refunds, and medical disclosure apply.
LuxFemme operates as an inclusive, respectful, and affirming service. Any inappropriate behaviour, discrimination, or disrespect towards staff or clients will result in refusal of service.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and paying your booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
